第3句肯定是错的，因为there be句型是就近原则，后面是a book，是单数，所以be动词应该用is；第4句一般来说，2个名词之间是要加and的。
相比较而言，第三句是错误的。
关于there be ，我要作以下介绍。如果里面只有一个类型的东西，只要根据那样东西的单复数决定用is /are。而如果有两个或两个以上类型的东西，则要看紧跟其后的那样东西是单数还是复数，就比如第一句，即使两支钢笔和一本书加起来是三件东西，可紧跟其后的是单数，be动词就必须是is
我认为：第四句也不太好，最后两个名词之间应用and连接
