怎样申高垃圾网站~!?/??请各位高手指点

我的电脑主页原来设的主页是http://huoyanxue.139.com这个网站,但是我现在不知道怎么的就被http://www.4199.com这个垃圾网站设成了主页~!这个垃圾网站弄的我好烦~!所以我想网上投诉这个网站~!我现在什么主页都设不了~~!真想把这个网站的垃圾创始人暴骂一顿太没素质了~!如果有这个网站创始人的邮箱也行~!谢谢个位好心人了~!

首先找到hosts表，hosts 表的位置：C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc ，用记事本打开依次将文件打开（一定用记事本打开），可以看到的以下为正常，如果被改到 125.91.1.20 那就是中了4199了。只要是hosts表里的文件连接到这个IP的都删除(125.91.1.20)！
