UC知道关于windows系统程序的安装问题

紧急求助：随便什么安装程序
我点击setup.exe运行安装程序时，弹出报错窗口，内容如下：:(
setup has experienced an error:
please do the following:
-close any running programs
-empty your temporary folder
-check your internet connection(internet-based setups)
then try to run the setup again
error code:-6006
我按照提示，清空了c:/windows/temp内的所有文件，关闭了其他程序，也连接了互联网，但依然如此报错，重启也不行。这是什么原因呢？请指教！
