我一点关机,就出现蓝屏,屏上出现如下英文,且主机仍在运转.

tf problems continue , disable or remove any newly in stalled hardware or software . pisable blos memory options such as caching or shadowing . if you need touse safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer , press F8to select Advanced startup options , and then select safe mode.

蓝屏一般是内存和显卡有问题。这是硬件本身的问题，你可以把内存和显卡拿出去给人检查一下。
中毒了
你是不是在装完系统后又加装了什么硬件？比如硬盘，我以前用XP，加装了一个硬盘，总是蓝屏并出现你所说的现象，现在把硬盘拆除了就再也没出现了。
