I am an old man in China and I like English very much. But I don't speak English well, and I am asking who will give me some idea on how to improve my spoken English. Thank you so much.

I agree with what 13760551 - 江湖豪侠 十一级 said. You do speak pretty well. Here are some suggestions for you.
1.找个好朋友做你的语伴.最好是自然的聊天,想到啥说啥.比如跟你的朋友去KFC,你就问"what are you going to have today? you want drumsticks or garlic bread? Can I treat you today? I'll be the banker today...
如果你的朋友牙疼,你就问:
are u ok? u need some painkillers or shall i take u to the doctor?
这样的练习自然,不要刻易背课文,生活用语是越简单,越生动越好,不要用big words( I find that many times students use those words that most of Americans never use in their daily life).
2.不要怕讲错.
3.逮到任何可以说英语的机会,如在网上跟讲英文的聊友语音聊天. 或是去英语角.
4.The last but not the least: speak up more!
