it可以做形式宾语 如I found the game interesting可以变成I found it interesting
不是省掉is 而是压根不用系东西 即主语+宾语+形容词

没有it的话应该口语化点，还有语气强调一点。其实很多时候英语都是有惯用跟不惯用之分，而没有对错之分
