Abstract:

The heart of BAS (Building Automation System) in intelligent buildings is HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning) system. It costs a lot, and can consume more than 50 percent of the total power consumption in the building. Here we can see that the degree of intelligence of HVAC is not only the key point of enviornment control but also that of achieving direct profits.
