what do you do when you have a cold or a headache?

I often go to see the doctor,and have a lot of water,then i go to bed to have a rest. then , i'll get better soon.

I will drink much water and take some medicine if the cold or headache is not so serious.
I will go to see the doctor if I have got a high fever.

I think I shoud take some medicine and have a good sleep.
