runtime error 是什么意思？急，在线等！

我在登陆QQ时会出现以下内容
Runtime Error !
Program: C:\Program Files\Tencent\QQ\QQ.exe
abnormal program termination.
别人的QQ却可以登陆，只有我的登陆时才会出现．
请问如何解决？？

方法1
把你的qq文件里那个qq号码删掉然后重新登陆
（就是安装QQ地方Tencent下的QQ文件夹里的）
方法2
runtime error登陆超时
下面的:qq运行程序文件异常
解决办法，卸载掉重新安装
