C不是也可以修饰不可数名词吗？

a great deal修饰不可数
plenty of 修饰可数名词如:
There were plenty of eggs in the house.
家里有许多鸡蛋。

老实说我也不太明白，查了好些书，结论如下：

1.work [u]

2.plenty of + [c]/[u] 意思是：绰绰有余，大量，富足的

3.a great(good) deal of + [u] 这类名词习惯为time,work,concern等

4.a great(good) deal + 形容词副词比较级
eg：Yours is a great deal better idea.
/we will have to work a good deal faster

A 是错的，因为应该是a great deal of +不可数名词。C是对的。

plenty of 的意思是有偏充裕的意思,联系语境来看 A 最合适

plenty of虽可数不可数都可修饰 但它表示量的多少，更倾向于实物。故选a

plent of修饰不可数：）
