INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
III. Non-Solicitation. Contractor agrees that during the course of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year following the termination of this Agreement, for whatever reason, Contractor shall not, directly or indirectly:
i) Solicit business from or provide language training services to any customer or student of ABC
j) Induce, solicit, recruit or cause any employee of ABC to terminate his or her employment for the purpose of joining, associating or becoming employed with any business or activity which is in competition with any business or activity engaged in by ABC.
IV. Equipment and Materials. Contractor is encouraged to select the most appropriate materials from ABC’s recommended resources for the student’s language training program. If ABC is unable to furnish a student with learning materials, the Contractor has a budget of US$1165 per student which only pertains to learning materials used by the student
