表示 过去某时刻开始 一直持续到现在 并且会一直持续下去

He has been living here for 10 years. 继续住这里
he has lived here for 10 years. 马上要搬家了

现在完成进行时，表明动作一直持续到现在。
eg. I have been working for 8 hours. 我已经工作了8个小时了。
