However, we found out that there is different salary calculation method between ours and Samsung. So, we desided to amend and rationalize our salary system. When we finishi it, perhaps we can meet your requested salary. We will notice amended your salary within Mar. 20. And we hope you reply your decision within Mar. 26.
By the way, would you kindly furnish us your recently salary information using attched Excel file?(Please to see attachment) We request your salary information for the purpose of learn Samsung's salary system to reflect to our system. Not checking your current salrary. Please do not worry about openning your current salary to us.
