FOB Free On Board means that the seller fulfils his obligationg to deliver when the goods have passed over the ship's rail at the named port of shipment.
离岸价，是指卖方在指定装船港口把货物装船越过船舷即履行了交货的责任。这就是说，买方必须从此开始承担全部费用以及货物灭失或损坏的风险。
