transport,transportation，communication三者的区别是什么？用法上有什么区别？

交通和运输分别用什么来翻译，或者二者是同一个意思，用一个单词来表示就行吗？

transport和transportation都可以表示运输这个抽象概念。
但是transportation更多的表示运输，而transport同时能表示运输器材。
i need some transport to deliver the goods.
我需要某样运输工具去发出这批货物.
communication 有交谈，交流之意和前两者相比在作用对象一般为抽象的。
英文一般只用transport表示交通和运输。
