Write on ANSWER SHEET TWO a note of about 50-60 words based on the following situation:
Your classmate, Jimmy, is head of the university's swimming club. He has invited you to join the club, but you like some other sport. Write him a note, declining his invitation and explaining why.
Marks will be awarder for content, organization, grammar and appropriateness.

First of all, this is supposed to be a note, not notification. So you should have said 便 条 ， 字 条 instead of 通 知 。
Secondly, there are quite a few mistakes in this assignment. 1. "head of the university's swimming club" should be "the president of the swimming club"; 2, "other sport" should be "other sports". 3. "marks" should be scores or grades; 4, "awarder" should be "awarded"; 5. "organization" should be "composition"; 6. What does "appropriateness" mean?

I don't understand the meaning of "特 骂".
