谁知道critical accounting theory 中文意思是什么？它和其他的理论（如positive accounting theory)的最根本区别是什么？在哪能找到相关的中文网站？

positive accounting theory 的确是实证会计理论，不过我现在急着要写一篇关于critical accounting theory的论文，不知道有没有人知道关于它的一些信息？

critical(批评的,关键的) accounting theory 关键会计理论
positive(积极的,实证的) accounting theory实证会计理论

这不是关键的意思，是批评的意思，就是说，这个理论认为，accounting是为少数精英服务，损害其他stakeholder的利益，比如员工。不过虽然他们一直批判，但是根本没有实际应用，所以都是not objective。
