应该用until : not... until 是固定搭配，表示在..之前不能做...
we can not get on the bus until it stops.
我们在车停下来前上不去。
before 在句中通常翻译做“然后”
we can not get on the bus before it stops.
我们不能上车，然后车停下了。
从时间顺序上没有问题，但是逻辑混乱。
unless做“除非”讲，本人认为在没有给定语境的情况下unless也可用。

用until。是not...until...句型。
如果想用unless,得在“除非...否则...”句型翻译通才行。
