摘 要
随着中国加入WTO，中美两国在经贸关系迅猛发展，双边贸易和投资进入了一个新的发展时期. 同时，美国已成为中国的第二大贸易伙伴和第一大出口国，中国也成为美国的第三大贸易伙伴。特别是2005年纺织品配额取消后，纺织品贸易的发展倍受关注。美国为了维护自身的经济和政治利益，不断挑起贸易摩擦，而中国自身对外贸易中存在的问题，为美国制造贸易争端提供了机会。就纺织品贸易产生的摩擦而言，背后有其深层次的经济、政治、政策原因。本文在此分析了中美当前纺织品贸易摩擦的新特点，并详细讨论其成因，以及我国如何应对纺织品贸易摩擦，从而使中国纺织品出口走上健康发展的道路。
