我的电脑一开机就会出现 runtime error 21 at 00405dcd

前几天打开mp3里，看见里面有一个“重要文件”一不注意双击了它，结果马上就出现了 runtime error 21 at 00405dcd 更让我郁闷的是 格了N次C盘了，结果还是有，我在百度里搜，搜出来的结果我实验了都不行，请各位大侠帮我出出招，小弟不胜感激，大家救救我的电脑吧，我的电脑是HP的，请大家给出一个最为详细的解决方法，小弟是一个大大的菜鸟。如果那位大侠能帮我把这问题解决了，小弟愿意献上所有的积分。救救我吧。我都欲哭无泪了。

Runtime是运行时的意思，Runtime Error就是运行时错误，就是在运行期间出现的错误。 (ps,也有可能是病毒原因,一般u盘里有autorun等文件名字时百分之八九十都是病毒)
