学生奖励查询系统是通过具体考察，经过实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的VB技术作为开发工具，结合Access数据库进行开发的查询系统。整个系统界面设计简洁清晰，功能模块布局合理。其中系统分为四大模块：登陆模块、学生查询模块、学生基本情况模块和系统管理模块。系统管理模块进行管理员的添加、修改、删除及对学生奖励的添加、修改、删除，是系统运行的基础；学生查询模块实现了对学生奖励信息的查询，如按学号、姓名、班级、奖励情况(一等奖学金、二等奖学金等等)；学生基本情况模块学生对奖励及课程成绩的查询，管理员可以对课程输入及成绩输入。
系统本着减轻教师工作负担、提高工作效率、优化学生奖励查询的流程，增强参加管理员的身份识别，比传统的查询模式节省人力财力和时间。
