摘要:根据毕业设计任务书提供的资料和排放水的要求,本次设计采用好氧生物硫化流化床技术。水生物处理工艺中,生物流化床技术是一种新型的生物膜处理工艺,它在20世纪70年代初发展起来的,进入20世纪80年代以后,该技术的应用更加活跃。生物流化床作为一种新型水处理技术已显出其优越性,有很好的发展前景。目前影响它推广使用的因素之一是能耗与其它生物处理法相比稍大。要降低能耗,必须从反应器结构的合理设计、载体的优选及操作参数的优化控制等方面进行研究。由于我国这方面的研究工作起步较晚,经费和人力的投入有限,尚难形成产业化技术。今后在这个领域必须加强基础研究,为这一技术的推广使用提供基础。生物流化床技术是一种新型的好氧生物处理方法,它是将普通的活性污泥法和生物膜法的优点有机结合在一起,并引入流化的处理技术来处理有机废水,因而具有容积负荷高、生物降解速度快、占地面积小、基建投资和运行费用低等优点,是目前最先进的好氧生物处理法。本次设计的曝气生物流化床用立体柱状空心填料为载体充填在床内,通过曝气使污水以一定的流速上下流动,使载体处于流化状,勿需另设脱膜装置。由于池内填料比表面积极大,为一般生化池的16-20倍(同单位体积)。因此池内保持较高的生物量,达到高速去除有机污染物的目的。
