在信息化校园的发展中，实现学校车辆及车位管理的科学化、规范化、自动化是一项重要的课题。本文在研究了大量车辆管理系统资料的基础上，结合学校的实际情况，采用C/S(客户端/服务器)模式和可视化的系统开发语言VB6.0，基于Access2003数据库，设计并基本实现了一个小型的学校车辆及车位管理系统。
本文主要分析了学校车辆管理的开发背景、设计原则、数据结构、基本流程等，重点介绍了系统的需求分析，数据库设计，系统功能设计 。系统基本实现了车辆基本信息的输入输出、数据库的备份恢复、部分信息的统计分析等功能。

In the development of IT school, it is an important subject that how to be the scientific, standard,automated vehicle management of school. this article researchs a tons of vehicle management system's documents , and think about the school's reality. base on C/S model and VB6.0 tool, Access2003 database to be a small school's vehicle management system.

this article major analyses in the school vehicle management's development background, design principle, data construction, basic flows etc. mainly introdcues system's requirement analysis, database design,system function design.

this program can fulfill the vehicle information's I/O , data backup,partial infomations' statistics and anlysis etc.
