We want 2 mm & 1.5 mm thickness – ceramic fiber cloth rain force with SS wire, with vermiculite coating but perfect/proper bonding of the vermiculite.
Because some time it happen earlier with us, at the time process of the of the vermiculite coating just spray the powder in cloth, not the perfect process will be done of bonding & coating. So when the goods reach here that time just powder will comes in the hand & just the cloth are look like with out coating. If we received the goods like without perfect process of the vermiculite coating & bonding than we have to just throw this goods in to the sea. We want assurance & guarantee of the quality. We are using these products in a very high degree temperature of 1100 / 1200degree.
Above products are use in making welding blanket for use of high temperature welding, grinding & gas cutting to protect the work in the high degree.
