没有不对，本地网卡有正确的IP，子网掩码，网关和DNS。
无线网卡没有连接。
如果是不能上网，试试
ping 192.168.1.103
ping 192.168.1.1
补充：如果ping了可以通过，说明你的计算机与做为网关的服务建立了连接，看看服务器能否上网？ 检查一下本机的防火墙，代理服务器的设置。
