Of course they need.Because ruls are important to students.They show students can do what and can't do what

of course they need strict rules.because it can control their behavior and words.and these rules also tell them what they can do or what they cannot do.they are good for the students both now and then.but the rules cannot be too much strict ,or the students will disobey thembecause there are too much trouble.so this questiong should consider on both sides.

I don't agree.Students should be protected and should be guided with friendly words,so they can feel teachers are really care for them.

OF COURSE ,THEY NEED!students are easy to be involved in bad effects.without stric rules ,they would lost themself.having a guide is not a bad thing anyway.
