我的本是Dell的,系统是Vista Home Basic,出现的问题是隔几天机子就出现一次蓝屏死机,只能强行关机,无规律性.杀毒软件是瑞星最新版本的,机子应该无毒.下面是蓝屏死机后出现的字样(蓝底白字):

准确的说,是你的杀毒软件和你的系统起冲突了.瑞星虽然说通过了VISTA认证什么的。但有些版本还是要起冲突的.
建议回忆一下，最后装的什么软件，一个一个卸载的试验。象是和系统冲突了。
硬件应该没有问题。dell的机器很过硬的。
