I am sorry I have to input my question in English for I am in America right now and I can't use chinese in my computer.
I bought my laptop here and the system is vista in English snd I cannot use any software in chinese because they just show me something like ÏÂÔØ¡¢»ñÔù»òÕßͨ¹ýÆäËû;¾¶µÃµ½¹úÐÅ֤ȯöÎÍøÌṩÏÂÔصÄÈí¼þºÍ which upset me a lot.
I want to use software in chinese but I dare not to install a chinese system as XP cpy or vista copy which were carried with me from China because if I am caught I will be penalized a lot.
Could anyone tell me how to use software in chinese in my English system?

你打拼音的话应该能看懂的人更多..
应该是语言乱码问题吧....

打开一个网站
查看 → 编码 → 简体中文（GB2312）选择这个！如果你现在要你装碟加字体的话，就放碟吧！
没有 就：
我的电脑→ 控制面板 → 日期、时间、语言→ 区域和语言选项
在控制面板中打开区域和语言选项：
1、语言选项卡中选择为东亚语言安装文件，插入光盘或手动找到i386路径。
2、在高级选项卡中，非Unicode程序的语言，选择简体中文PRC。根据需要在下面选择将所有设置应用于当前用户帐户和默认用户配置文件。
3、在区域选项中标准与格式选择中文（中国）。
4、根据需要在语言选项卡-文字服务和输入语言-详细信息中添加需要的中文输入法，如微软拼音、智能ABC、全拼等。
5、此时再安装和使用中文软件将不会出现乱码情况。

选中国，然后添加中文字库
