复方绞股蓝对小鼠学习记忆及脑内单胺氧化酶活性的影响

[摘 要] 目的:研究复方绞股蓝的组方、配比关系,并验证其效果,探讨复方绞股蓝的可能作用机理,从而为复方绞股蓝申报中药新保健品提供科学依据。方法:试验(1):用复方绞股蓝五种组方配比A组(绞股蓝:某某1:1)、B组(绞股蓝:某某2:1)、C组(绞股蓝:某某3:1)、D组(绞股蓝:某某:石菖蒲2:1:1)、E组(绞股蓝:某某2:1+冰片)分别给五组小鼠灌胃5天后,以氟哌啶醇造模,行小鼠跳台试验,来观察不同组方配比对小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。试验(2):分别用石菖蒲挥发油高、低剂量与复方绞股蓝高、低剂量给老龄小鼠灌胃10天后,测定其对老龄小鼠脑蛋白含量及脑内单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)活性的影响。结果:试验(1):在小鼠跳台试验中观察到复方绞股蓝B组、D组与模型组比较P值均小于0.05,差异有显著性。试验(2):复方绞股蓝高、低剂量对老龄小鼠脑蛋白含量及脑内单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)活性影响与空白组比较P值均小于0.05,差异有显著性。结论:(1)复方绞股蓝D组组方配比最好(2)复方绞股蓝水煎剂可明显升高老龄小鼠脑蛋白含量并降低脑内单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)的活性。(说明:由于本方予申请专利“某某”中药暂时保密)
