what is the diffference between "gain from" and "gain..out of"

gain from 里gain是不及物动词所以要加上介词from，表示“从中得利、获益”之意。例如：We gained from the experience.表示“我们都从这次经验中受益。”

gain...out of 里gain是及物动词，表示“得到、获得”的意思。例如：We gainned money out of the project.表示“我们从这个项目中得到金钱。”
