去掉dressed比较简洁。
但是你这样写，也不是什么大错误，也有人这样说的。

The girl dressed in blue is dancing like a bubble 是对的.
那位身穿蓝色的女孩 跳起舞来像个气泡.
be dressed in 穿着(某种衣服) 在这当定语 修饰这个女孩

把dress 去掉就可以了。

没错啊
