UC知道HP compaq presario C713NR的声卡驱动无法安装！

已经装了UAA了，而且是从HP客服那边要的链接，但一个曾经在HP工作过的朋友说，可能C713NR用的是二代的声卡，所以驱动不了。那要怎么办啊？
要先把声卡驱动下下来装上，然后把你的声卡驱动解压
，然后去设备管理器，选更新声卡驱动，然后先选高级，然后选不要搜索，下一步在硬件类型中选择"声音、视频和游戏控制器”下一步选择“从磁盘安装”将路径指向C:\SWSetup\SP34386打开下一步会出现“更新驱动程序警告”不要管继续安装，安装完成后声卡设备正常工作。

惠普的官方网站说了： 我给你们量身定做的系统你们不要换，如果你换了，要么你自己重新用我们的恢复盘恢复到规定的系统，要么你就自己忍受没有声音，系统不能正常工作的痛苦。
