系统的文件不敢轻易操作，向详细请教以下，如何对Documents and Settings这个文件夹下做清理？
不需要软件，把没有多大用的文件夹给出来吗？

有效删除系统中垃圾文件的方法：

一、新建一个垃圾清理的.bat文件来清理系统垃圾。

1、打开记事本，复制以下内容；
