Tourism is a promising financial (resource/source) .
the two words seem to be right ? who's sure ? which is better ?

resource

because if you use source, you have to say "Tourism is a promising source of income", which has a slightly different connotation. And you always hear about "financial resources" on the new anyways. (At least, in America, we do.)

sourece 是来源

source,which means you gain some finance originally from tourism.
