这样写会不会有问题？在翻译和词的单复数方面有什么问题吗？
还有没有别的翻译方法？？
哦 对 没有去注意 应该是写"I'm sorry that I have made trouble for you"
已经过去了不是应该用现在完成时吗。

I'm sorry that I have troubled you.
I'm sorry that I have brought you trouble.
I'm sorry that I have put you to trouble.

上面三种都可以。
have make错了，既然是完成时就应当是have made。
而且make trouble for的意思是“找麻烦，(故意地)找碴”,并不是添麻烦的意思。

用trouble sb或者bring sb trouble译“带来麻烦”较准确。

直接sorry for trouble you是最简单的翻译,口语上很常用.

trouble一般不可数,而且没有必要用完成时,用过去时就行.
过去了就用过去时
除非要强调对现在有影响,或者动作一只延续下去,可能还要延续下去,才用完成时

把make改为made,宾语从句是个现在完成时态.

troubles 因为是可数名词 表达可以的
