英语数字AND用法

万和千，千和百之间或更大的数之间不用加AND，只有百和后面的数之间才用加AND

例如：
1100=one thousand one hundred
1101=one thousand one hundred and one
1001001=one million one thousand one

只在百位与后两位数之间用and.
one thousand, one hundred.
one thousand, one hundred and one.
one million, one thousand one hundred and one.

美国人说 谁和谁 在顺序上有什么习惯吗?

比如 a man and a woman 说成 a woman and a man
a cat and a car 说成 a car and a cat
a man and a boy 说成 a boy and a man
第二种说法会感到不舒服吗?
顺序是不是 (先)-->(后)
有生命的-->无生命的
男人-->女人
大人-->小孩
老人-->年轻人
人-->动物
