安装.net framework 3.0时报错

不要运行dotnetfx3setup.exe进行安装，
要运行dotnetfx3.exe进行安装，否则可能报你的错误。
安装时，RGB rast是用户级权限，不是所有用户级，你安装.NET框架是机器级的，禁用安全策略试一下
可以手工安装rgb rast

另外，安装前，可能执行了卸载，有些默认的组件被卸载掉了，检查卸载了什么，装上后，再装.NETFramework3
