与普通的考勤系统的运作流程类似，员工考勤后，系统自动记录员工考勤信息，并可为人力资源部门提供分析和处理平台服务。
独特之处：
（1） 员工考勤方式为： 系统根据当前时间自动生成一个数字字符组合，员工根据自己的解密算法计算这个组合，然后输入相应的匹配数字！这样可杜绝代考勤现象
（2） 提供一个可自定义的查询分析子系统；
（3）支持多种报表方式：包括个人和系统报表。
