windows installer 无法改成“已启动”

显示：“The Windows Installer service on local computer started and then stopped.some services stop automatically if they have no work to do,for example,the Performance logs and Alerts service.”那该怎么办呢？
可以手动，可是状态还是不能“started”。这样的话就无法安装itunes。所以很麻烦。改为手动后，点击右键，试图把status改成started，结果就有上述提示出来，总该不成！

不是太清楚你的问题描述，是在服务里Windows installer项是关闭的，更改手动或者自动不行是嘛？

服务自动被关闭了，你的系统不会是2000吧
