中翻英～请翻的口语话一点！谢谢！

basically! I seldom speak out in english.and the more not use it,the more i don"t know how to use it.sometime .I feel ashamed as i think my colleges are all good at english and lack of confidence with my english level .of course. i know english is very important and a tool must grape. i hope will get some improvment by the study .
i fell i'm short at vocabulary as i usually didn't know how to say and when i want to express myself.i always don't know use which words and need to look up the dictionary. i also need to check Powerword when write Email for afraid of there are mistakes in spell 没大小写，不好意思。

Basically, I do not speak oral English. I barely speak English and seem not to be able to say it. I think other colleagues speak very well, so sometimes I feel self-abaed and have little confidence in English.Of course I know the importance of English,an essential tool.I hope this time the study will help me a lot.
