UC知道为什么重装系统不能进行啊？

BIOS都已经设置为CD-ROM了，重启的时候老是在loading files页面，不继续下去了，怎么回事儿啊，是不硬件出问题了啊？各位大侠帮忙看看，谢谢！！
报的错误大体如下：
check to be sure you have adequate disk space.if a driver is identified as the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufuacture for driver update. try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. disable BIOS memory options such as cathing or shadowing.
if you need to use safemode to remove or disable components restart your compure, press f8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

现在系统已经进不去了，怎么进行硬盘安装啊？
已经设置成从CD_rom启动，还是不行一般有两种可能
1、你的光盘问题，可以用干净的纸巾擦一擦或者换一个盘试试看。(推荐电脑公司特别版V8.5,下载地址：http://www.wzlu.com/soft/softdown.asp?softid=4863)
2、光驱读盘性能不好，导致读到一半时停止 。可以用酒精把光驱的激光头擦一擦或者换一个光驱试试看。
是你的光驱有问题，读盘太差了，你换个光驱就没问题了！
