began to do sth
用动词原型又因为是并列句所以前后的谓语动词一致！~
开始做某事 【begin to do sth 】
and 为并列关系，前面用V原，当然后面也应用动词原形
to laugh and sing是不定式，to 后面要跟动词原形。
begin to do ,所以后面要加do 啊，就是动词的原形，所以就是laugh and sing
