2005年7月，我毕业于XX大学信息学院通信工程专业，大三暑假开始参加社会实践，2004.7到2005.1，在XX公司做数据整理员，主要职责是通过街访和回访进行数据收集，数据筛选及数据录入。2005.1到2006.12在XX公司做客服专员，主要负责接听用户来电，解答用户问题，在工作期间连续三个月受到用户表扬。2006.1到2008.4在XX公司做网站编辑，主要负责网站内容更新，网站维护以及数据库管理。本人接收过办公室礼仪、沟通技巧培训。具有较好的亲和力、待人处事能力、团队协作能力。责任心强，面对较大压力时能够发挥得更出色。

由于网站外包，一些网站维护方面的工作被取消，公司裁员时我被选入。

我的专业不是像新闻、中文这样的文科专业，所以在从事编辑方面有一些欠缺

I graduated from Information school United University. And my major is Communication Engineering. I began social practices from summer vacation of the third year.
I am a data administrator from Jul., 2004 to Jan., 2005. My responsibility is collecting data from street and return visit, then separating them and doing data entry.
From Jan., 2005 to Dec., 2006, I am a customer service specialist, and responsible for answering customers’ questions on the telephone. In this course, I am be appraised by customers, lasting for three months.
From Jan., 2007 to Apr., 2008, I am web editor, and responsible for content updating, web maintenance and database management.
I have accepted the training of office etiquette and communication skills.
I am a person with good appetency; know how to seize time by the forelock and be a team member; responsible and can do better on pressure.
