Abstract: I think the network and information security is not just technical problems, but also ideology. Now the world in recent years have recognized the network environment getting worse. With the application of new technologies and to promote information security situation will be even much worser. In this paper, it takes the major factors influence on computer network security as the breakthrough point, the focus of prevention unfavorable to the normal operation of the computer network, from different angles comprehensive understanding of the impact of computer network security, be aware of adverse factors will be resolved in the bud to ensure that the computer network security management and operation.
