我的电脑不能上网不知是什么原因？

当我在dos里用ipconfig时出现这样的代码
windows ip configuration
an internal error occurred
please contact microsoft product support services for further help
additional information:unable to query host name

有可能是没有设置好.

建议你右击网上邻居/属性/双击本地连接/支持/修复.先修复一下再说吧.

修复完成以后,然后右击网上邻居/属性/双击本地连接/常规/禁用.确定以后,然后再右击本地连接启用一下.再看看能不能用了?

如果还不行的话,建议你把IP设为自动获取.
