UC知道笔记本(HP 520(KP490AA))蓝屏问题

在上网的时候容易出现蓝屏现象，后直接重启，重启后一般能正常启动，有时启动到快到桌面之前出现蓝屏。如不上网时几乎不会这样；去年在学校用教育网上网就有这问题，前阶段在家上网也很少出现蓝屏，现回学校上网又常会有蓝屏。
在某些网站特别是在搜索时（百度、GOOGLE不会），看网络电视时，特别容易出现。原来的系统便是如此，重装系统后还是这样。
找过客服维修点，检测内存和硬盘，没有问题。只建议重新全盘格式化，重新装系统。

系统问题,特别VISTA更不稳定
一般这种情况不用全盘格式化,一般重装系统就能解决
楼主是不是内存升级过？
上面的蓝屏代码一多半都说你内存有问题，是硬件方面的。你最好检查一下你的内存条。
一般都是系统跟硬件和软件或者驱动冲突
你最好装XP
装好后 该运行的程序就让他运行， 在操作计算机方面，自己注意点最好不要有太多的程序一起运行，也就是说 你在刚关闭一个程序时，同时打开多个程序，有时候CPU 还在处理一个事情，当还没有完全处理好时，在让她去做其他的事情，有时候就会蓝屏的！！ 最重要还是在自己使用上的细节！
我们家也这样，不过请个维修的人来把系统格式化就可以了。
