办法国签证时提供订单的问题……

在新加坡办法国签证（第一次自己办），计划今年7月末出发，大约10天吧，大使馆要求提供：（以下是原文）
Flight reservation (+ 1 copy)
Complete itinerary or round trip ticket with confirmed dates.（出示机票？还是仅仅告诉大使馆一声我准备某天某时走？） No open tickets will be accepted.（open tickets什么意思……） Do not purchase tickets until the visa has been approved.（如果被拒签，那机票订金不是浪费了……？）
Proof of accommodation (if you intend to stay more than one day) (+ 1 copy)
either
confirmed reservation by fax from the hotel(s) (the fax(es) must be sent directly to you and not to the Consulate) in France and in the Schengen countries to be visited, confirming your reservations for each night you will spend in France and the Schengen States（confirmed reservation是什么意思，是不是交了订金之后酒店才会confirm给我?）
or
hotel vouchers confirming your booking for a tour with names and addresses of all hotels with the number of nights stay in each,（这个和上面的confirm 有什么不同呢？）
还有，如果到时候计划改变了（90%会改的……），取消酒店预订，订金是不是也被扣掉了?
有没有不交订金的预订方式呢……

1.提供机票定位单就是航空公司机票代理机构打印的机票占位单，上面往返日期，乘坐航空公司的信息，一般旅行社和机票代理都可以给出具。
2．open tickets是说回程日期不确定的（比如半年往返的open票就是半年之内只要有机位就可以回来）。使馆要求你的机票往返时间一定是确定的。
3．酒店订单可以通过网络或者旅行社代订，基本上通过信用卡担保，酒店是可以提供的，取消预定是否收手续费根据酒店的不同具体情况要具体看。
4．如果没有时间和精力去做这些，建议你咨询当地旅行社或者通过你朋友在国内把相关信息帮你确认好发给你，总之机票、酒店、行程、存款证明、保险、个人证明等材料一个都不能能少。
