你要解释什么呢？给使馆的么？使馆提出什么疑问了，你需要根据他们的疑问做出解释啊！

基本上格式是这样：

1，自我介绍，说明白自己的情况。
2，为什么要留学？
家庭的影响啊~~之类的；
3，为什么选择xx国家~~
把这个国家的介绍摘抄一部分就可以了。历史方面的，教育方面的等等。

4，自己选择的学校和专业
专业的部分可以多说一点。
5，求学历程规划和毕业后的计划
尽量说的合理一点。
