UC知道开机NSIS ERROR!怎么办？不要复制帖粘！

开机就弹出了个NSIS ERRO的对话框~查的了是病毒，也下了专杀，但是杀完了后开机还是老弹出来，我装的QQ的QQ游戏，装好了可以用了但重启后再点就提示QQ安装程序错误。。
具体错误内容:

卸载QQ吧 然后去网站重新下载安装
怎么卸载也没用了,你的
硬盘已经全部受到了感染,
这个病毒用专杀是杀不干净的,
除非你不在安装任何软件,
只有全盘格式在做系统,
千万不要只格C盘,
其他盘同样要格.
