近年来,旅游的发展直接带动饭店业的扩张,从全国各大城市不断拔地而起的饭店高楼就可以看出。然而,在一片繁荣景象下面却突现出整个饭店行业共同面临的一个问题:饭店行业员工素质的提高和员工的过快流失。解决这一问题的焦点就是对饭店企业与大学生员工的关系。笔者对此从双方各自的角度逐层展开来谈,通过在饭店实习亲身经历的体会和耳闻素材,结合相关专家观点加以借鉴,条理,清楚的分析和论证了饭店行业面临大学生员工流失过快,导致饭店服务质量上不去,也导致饭店专业大学生对就业产生迷茫。究其原因,概括起来有两点:一是饭店企业没有真正从实质上重视起大学生来,存在一系列问题;二是大学生没有从根本上认识饭店,认识自己,存在观念上的问题。俗话说,问题总是和解决问题的方法同时产生。认清其事物的原因,解决的办法也就有了。关键还是执行。

In recent years, the development of tourism directly spurred the expansion of the hotel industry, which can be menifested by the high hotels rising in the major cities in the country. However, a common problem that the entire hotel industry faces in the midst of prosperity is: the advanceing of the staff quality and fast staff loss. The solution to this problem lies in the relationship between the hotel industry and college students staff. I probe into the problem from the perspectives of both sides.
